Below are the details regarding our shipping process.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Custom and personalized orders may require 2–5 business days for production.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

2. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We use trusted courier partners for safe delivery:

• Delhivery – For photo frames, large items, and fragile products.
• India Post (Speed Post) – For stickers, polaroids, and small items.

Courier partner selection depends on product type and location.

3. DELIVERY TIME
--------------------------------------------------

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days  
• Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days  
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days  

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once order is shipped.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments using the provided tracking ID.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
--------------------------------------------------

Customers must ensure that:

• Shipping address is correct and complete.
• Contact number is active and reachable.

Vybe Prints is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address details.

7. FAILED DELIVERY / RTO (Return to Origin)
--------------------------------------------------

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address  
• Customer unavailable  
• Refused delivery  

Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Custom orders will not be refunded in case of RTO.

8. DAMAGED PARCEL
--------------------------------------------------

If package appears damaged:

• Record an unboxing video immediately.
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share photos and video proof.

Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.
