At Vybe Prints, we specialize in customized and made-to-order products. 
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
--------------------------------------------------

All customized products (including custom polaroids, photo frames, 
posters, printed items, and products made using customer-uploaded images) 
are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect  
• Printing error caused by us  
• Damaged product received  
• Wrong product delivered  

Since these products are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold.

2. NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS
--------------------------------------------------

For non-personalized items:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery  
• Product must be unused and in original condition  
• Original packaging must be intact  
• Unboxing video is mandatory for return approval  

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer 
unless the error is from our side.

3. DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT CLAIMS
--------------------------------------------------

If you receive:

• A damaged item  
• A wrong item  
• A printing defect  

You must:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery  
2. Share:
   • Clear photos of the product  
   • Complete unboxing video  
   • Order number  

If approved, we may:

• Replace the product  
OR  
• Issue store credit  
OR  
• Provide refund (at our discretion)

Claims without unboxing video may not be accepted.

4. IMAGE QUALITY RESPONSIBILITY (CUSTOM ORDERS)

Customers are responsible for:

• Uploading high-resolution images  
• Proper cropping and positioning  
• Correct spellings and customization details  

We are NOT responsible for:

• Low-quality or blurry images uploaded by customer  
• Spelling errors submitted by customer  
• Incorrect customization information provided by customer  

Refunds will not be issued for customer upload errors.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION
--------------------------------------------------

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.  
• Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.  
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

6. REFUND PROCESSING
--------------------------------------------------

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 5–7 business days  
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
